Turned out the Nvidia DDS plugin was causing problems. After I replaced it with the Intel DDS plugin, I could open the textures just fine.
So I added the tape crosses on the headlights. They also show when the lights are on and when you smash your lights, you can see that they ripped off, but a small bit still remains.
Also adjusted the windows a bit
