for anyone with dust issues, check surfaces.ini and under leaves surface change DIRT_ADDITIVE to 0. I can have cars now without a giant dust cloud. great map.

v1.0 - Absolutely stunning. Great attention to detail given the size of the map. I'm running VR and having zero issues. Just drove it clockwise and anti-clockwise in the Porsche 911 RSR 3.0 SVRA GR6. Fun to drive it both fast and slow.

I've actually done this route in real life today. I was around Appleby and Highforce Hotel was about 40 minutes away. So I just went for it. It's amazing how well it's been captured in the mod. It felt so familiar while I was driving. I knew which part was coming up as I drive even though it was my first time there!

There are a few places where the road gradient felt more dramatic in real life but looking back to the footage I recorded, the mod looks pretty much identical. Obviously driving it in real life intensifies the experience quite a bit.

Really, really outstanding work overall. Looking forward to see the improvements!

Make sure to bring a GoPro with you to record a video. I didn't have one and wished I did! Tried with a phone but it kept falling from the place I put it on during each climb so I gave up.

Great to hear. Would love to drive or cycle it myself sometime but am a bit far away.

Relieved you didn't crash at the hairpin bends south of Stanhope that I took some artistic licence with.

It's fun. Good enough that I might make an AI sometime but 30+ km is a lot of track to cover three times with low speed so it might take a while.

What a gem. Absolutely fantastic. The level of detail over the whole length of a track thirty-something miles long left me speechless. The grassland is rendered lush and beautifully even in the distance, really gorgeous. donation incoming!

Have to say, wasn't a huge fan of the earlier version I tried, but this is significantly improved in every respect, making it an easy 5-star and a permanent fixture in my tracklist.

Thank you so much for this - you have absolutely made my day, week, maybe even my month!

I grew up in County Durham and spent a lot of time in Weardale/Teesdale so know these roads very well. The attention to detail is absolutely stunning and just as importantly, it feels just right.

Someone mentioned adding bumps, I read your reply and I understand your reasons for not doing so, but I particularly noticed the lack of disturbance going over cattle grids. It would be nice to feel a bit of buzz.

Also I really appreciate the subtlety of the 'keep left' and 'keep right' signs to indicate turns at junctions but they are possibly a bit too subtle - on my first lap I had a few nasty head-on collisions with the invisible walls.

Thank you Brun for such an amazing map. Having a blast everytime I drive on it in AC.
