Nice video! It's great to see all of the skins together out in a race.
Thx, lookin guuud.
Had no problem even without deleting the original skin files.

Only issue (very minor, might not even be this mod's fault): the driver displayed in the Content Manager preview is always the same generic model but in-game the different driver skins seem to load correctly (haven't tried them all).

That's because AC is loading a different helmet model for each of the drivers from ACPSRH Helmets.
Excelent mate! Congratulations to every skin creator for their awesome work!

Glad you like it! Thanks for the review!
Great, thanks a lot.
how to install?
The amount of work on these are absolutely stunning!! However, my PC struggles with performance with these, I think they're just too good for my rig (i7-3770 8GB, GTX1060 3GB)... Practice works fine but races get interrupted with CPU lag spikes. I wish someone could somehow optimize these skins so they won't be hardware intensive on rigs like mine. ;)

Nice to see somebody running the same GPU setup on my sim rig. I know the feeling as with that amount of VRAM it is possible to see FPS drop lower with larger grids on certain tracks for race starts. Unfortunately, these skins have already been heavily optimized to the point where if I start lowering the quality any more it will lead to extreme compression around the cockpit area that will make the driving experience be very blurry and ugly. There is a lot you can do to make larger grids run smoother in AC with Custom Shaders Patch settings.

These settings can be found under the "Settings" tab in Content Manager. Next go to the "Customer Shaders Patch" tab and select the "General Patch Settings" section on the left side of the screen. Scroll down to the "Optimizations Section" of General Patch Settings. You should see a number of optimizations that you can enable for your CPU and GPU as well. I'd recommend enabling all of the optimizations in these 3 sections with the exception of "Force UAV, Flag, Adv." which should be left unticked. After that you should hopefully be seeing higher framerates and less load on your CPU and GPU in Assetto Corsa.
Great job.
great work, thank you!!

It means a lot coming from you! I always liked to use your filter even with all of the other options out. Glad you enjoy the skins!
Love this pack. It makes handling the 2020 season skins easier than ever. My only complaint is that the cars are grouped sequentially by the driver's number. I would've preferred it to be grouped by teams (e.g. skins 1-2 are Mercedes, 3-4 Ferrari, and so on) so it would be much more organized but other than that, its a great community skinpack.

Great idea! I just updated the pack to order the skins by teams. Thanks for the feedback!

Nice to see that it worked out well for you!
I can't seem to get the helmet skins to work. The cars load with the plain white helmet. Any suggestions?

You need Custom Shaders Patch and Content Manager for ACSPRH helmets to work
@TheSourceOfTheNile yes of course I am using CSP and CM! No matter what I do I cannot get the helmet skins to work. All cars just have a plain white helmet..
Very good stuff, but there are some issues with helmets and gloves etc.

With the helmets, I noticed that the name of the textures were wrong (Helmet_19 instead of HELMET_2012). And for most of the skins, there is no texture for Helmet_2012_Glass.
I also noticed that the resolution/size of the helmets was wrong (the ratio of pixels was 2:1 instead of 4:1).

I noticed this by looking at the textures for Lewis Hamilton's skin, and comparing it to other skins.

I hope this is something that can be fixed in the future, but overall the skins are great!

I appreciate your concern, but the helmets are different than the default 2012 ones because they use the Real Helmets ACSPRH mod made by Marco17_ok and some other talented modders. One of my goals for this pack was to integrate it into these helmets as a part of it, because the install process is tedious and repetitive when there is updates to the skins. A few of the helmets such as Albon's were actually fixed to work because of a typo in the ext_config.ini. These helmets use 2:1 pixel resolution because they all use different 3D models than the vanilla helmet. Not all of the original skins include helmets for the driver, hence why I chose to integrate Real Helmets into the pack. As for Lewis Hamilton's helmet, I chose to include his new one made by Haze since it more accurately matched what Hamilton is currently using in the main season. Haze designed that helmet using the default Kunos helmet, so it will be labeled as Helmet_2012 in the files. As for the textures on the glass, that was what has been included in the original Merc skin.
the cars look amazing but when I drag and drop and open AC it says 'ui car.json' is missing plz help

Delete the rss_formula_hybrid_2020 folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\assetto corsa\content\cars first. If you haven't yet installed it, you can buy it here: https://racesimstudio.com/formula-hybrid-2020-now-available . Then reinstall the Formula Hybrid 2020 mod by dragging the "content" folder in the zip file to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\assetto corsa root folder. Afterwards reinstall the skin pack by dragging the "content" folder from the skin pack into the Assetto Corsa root folder just like how you installed the car.
It's awesome! Are you planning on making the 2021 skins when the livery is announced? (Sorry for the bad English)
thee F1 2020 skin pack to have for RSS Formula Hybrid 2020, nothing more to say :)

Apologies for the long wait for the update. College has been tough, but I'll make sure to get on updating the tires this weekend when midterms are over.
Thank you!
