Just extract to your Assetto Corsa Directory.
(Usually found here: "...\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\rl_ford_fiesta_wrc\skins")

(If you want to use the skins on the gravel version just copy the skin folders over to the skin directory of the "rl_ford_fiesta_wrc_s1"
Rims will be standard but rest works)
