This is a fictional skin for the Lamborghini Gallardo SL (4k).
Just extract the folder inside the zip file to your Gallardo_SL skin folder.
..usually found here:
"...\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\ks_lamborghini_gallardo_sl_s3\skins"
(Sry for the confusion, the first entry in the version history is the COMPLETE skin and the second entry is just the updated preview plus the screenshots..)
