You copy the dds files of the compound you want, and paste them into the skin folder of the car you want to

Love this so much, but I lost access to the soft tyres, can anyone help?

The soft tyres are the default of the car, so if you want back the soft texture you just have to delete the tyre.dds and the tyre_blur.dds that you added to the skin folder
