F1 With v8 sounds 1.1

This mod only changes the engine sound instead of the performance files
there. As this doesn't replace the .BDL files but instead the PKG your current mods with skins will be replaced. A way to to do this is to export the carmodel.layer PKG file an install it in your existing car.
