F1 2020 : No crowd, No crowd voice 1.0

I rewrote the file and was playing with no crowd, but I was worried about the crowd's voice, I deleted the crowd's voice so I will upload it.

The cheers of the podium will not disappear.

This eliminates the voice of the crowd and makes the engine sound of the time attack, race and replay formulas better.

note : The engine sound of the video is the engine sound of my mod.
