Incredibly underwhelming, mod only works if you really hit someone unlike the mods on previous games (I'm using Extreme on Simulation and it barely does anything)

So I download the mod and do exactly what it says in the description but no matter what I do it's not working in-game I switch to simulated damage and don't have any other mod installed so sad now :/

it doesn´t work im stuck in a blackscreen everytime what is the problem

Don't delete "2020_asset_groups" folder before installation, don't install if you have already started race in career(saved in the middle).

This is definitely not a mod issue. Maybe you installed skin mods before and then just copied the mod files? This is incompatible.
