Fixed Macau

Fixed an issue with Macau not showing names

Changed Bilstein-Curve to Bit-Curve

The Nurburgring now has the Coca-Cola turn, the Dunlop-Kehre, The Ford-Kurve and the NGK-Chicane.

Added Goodwood, Nurburgring GP and Fuji Speedway. Fixed Bathurst and Gilles-Villeneuve

Thanks to Fanapryde and Akra to help me fix a problem at two of the tracks and suggesting the Nuburgring GP for a relook
