Beautiful skies mod part 1 1.0

I have created new sky mod based on a well known HD skies mod but with vastly improved texture resolution and other improvements. Now the skies will be rendered in 8K resolution as this is required in order for them to not look pixelated. The end result are the most beautiful skies for GTR2 ever done. This represents a major milestone in upgrading game graphics and its a standalone mod intended to be used with a future game remaster mod.
