Some parts are good and some are not very accurate. The little bend to the left heading up to Griffins Bend isn't really there. The kerb on the outside of Griffins is quite high and savage in real life. The straight up to the kink before the Cutting is too short thus the straight after the kink into the cutting is too long. Track is far to wide through that section up to Reid park than it narrows too much. The drop through dipper isn't steep enough.
The drop into Forrest Elbow is close but the camber through the Elbow is too flat.
Don't mean to sound super critical but I grew up 2km from the place and know it very very well.
Very good job, but I found hotlap times 1-2 seconds higher than real ones. Maybe the real circuit is a bit shorter or some corners are wider. Anyway it's a great replica of the Mountain!
Great representation of Bathurst! This one is better than the official one in Project Cars 2. My only complaint is there are a couple of small places I noticed where the textures could be a neatened up a little, nothing major though.
I don't know what this track looks like IRL, but this version is fun as hell to drive. The surface has little bumps and undulations here and there and the graphics and surroundings are beautiful. Great job!
Love it. Glad to have a version of Mount Panorama for AC. It would be great if KS can do an official one along with Lemans seeing that LMP1 is coming :-)
@Martin Zeisler. I'm just curious. How does one know this is the ISI\3PA track?
A solid job on this one. Texturing etc. is very well done. Road-mesh is pretty okay, but that's probably not thanks to ACU as the track isn't scratchmade. ;-)
What makes it "only" worth 4 stars to me are the narrow straights. Had a look at photos from Bathurst 12hrs and noticed at least the long straights are obviously about 2 metres too narrow. Don't know if there's any chance to fix that.
Apart from that: There's a reason why ACU has never officially released the track!
