Small fixes:
- ambient brightness on some materials
- texture tweaks
- fixed plane chemtrails at night
- shader changes with new normal textures
- some night lights colors fitted to emissive-lights
- some night lights reduced for better performance

...i still have some things in my mind which will come in the next updates.
