Grass fx occlusion fix

Small change to grass fx tweak to clean up kerbs. Thanks to samdale12 at GT Planet for the fix.

Edit 11/2/21: see the discussion thread if you'd like to download a vao patch file for the track. I didn't feel like updating the whole thing again.

AI, Rain, Aerials, plus more for Slovakia Ring

Now includes:
-Rain fx
-Aerial Objects (thanks to Mascot for objects)
-Maps revised to work better with Map Display app
-Spectator Removal via Content Manager
-Background images

Alternate more intense detailed rain fx by realending:
