Dodge entered the 1970 Trans-Am season with one factory team: Autodynamics. Throughout the season Sam Posey would drive both the #77 and the #76, while Tony Adamowicz drove the #76 at Riverside.
When they finished, they finished well, scoring a best of 3rd place at Lime Rock, Road America and Kent. Unfortunately no one could best the Mustangs or Javelins over the whole season.
Dodge, along with every manufacturer sans AMC, pulled factory support out of the Trans-Am series for 1971. Sam Posey would drive for NART in various WSCC and Can-Am events. Tony Adamowicz did the same, but did race in select Trans-Am events in an ARA Javelin in 1971.
Enjoy!
