After the great success of my mod for F1 2019 ( Reality Reshade Suit (REALISM + RAY TRACING)) here it is the 1.0 version for Assetto Corsa Competizione. It is built using a modded 4.9.1 version of Reshade, it should be possible to play online with this as it hides the heuristic
DISCLAIMER:
Everything is running on my PC at Epic settings at 4k with DLSS Quality and sharpening set to 0, but not HDR, cuz HDR breaks reshade in this game. Saturation in game options value is 100% and the white Balance is on Neutral the rest is at default value
At the moment I developed only a unique profile which is scalable for different needs (TV Broadcast, Cockpit camera, Photorealism). Following your feedback I may adjust or create multiple profiles for different needs and create a switcher. I would really appreciate your feedbacks and suggestions.
EDIT: with the latest update 1.6 there are 2 presets: One for TV broadcast look and the other for photos/screenshots which you can simply switch between using numpad -/+ on your keyboard. The TV broadcast preset seems to work quite well in multiple weather conditions: sunny, cloudy, rainy, night races. Next update will mainly focus on in car cameras giving you a specific profile for these conditions
the base profile is set on TV Broadcast settings
first of all you need to install the profile, the zip includes all the shaders and the profile, what you need to do is to copy the content of the zip file into C:\"your installation path"\Assetto Corsa Competizione\AC2\Binaries\Win64
Once the game has started you can perform the following
Now as I said the base profile is set on TV Broadcast, now if you want to recreate the "COCKPIT" effect you may want to disable the tint effect for better color correction with the numpad 1
For Screenshots in photomode, you may want to do the same
for replays reactivate the tint effect and the letterbox with numpad 0
SIDENOTE: all the shaders are ordered in alphabetical order in the reshade menu with the top ones the one activated, you could see though that there are 2 shaders unactivated: "Vibrance" and "MagicBloom", the first one is for those who prefer a more colorful palette, the second is to increase the bloom effect for cockpit camera for those who may want. In case you want a more filmic broadcast effect you can look for the shader "filmic Bloom" to add at the base broadcast profile (I didn't included it personally as even if more broadcasty, it may blur the image too much and some may not like)
