Dashboard Rework with new visuals

Hi there, I have made some changes to the Dashboard I wanted to share with you:

Changelog:
-Added TCActive/ABSActive Visual (in LED bar) (needs SimHub 8.2.2)
-Change Displays for TC, ABS, BBAS

911 RSR-like Dashboard V1.1

Hey there,
I finally managed to finish multiple minor and major stuff I wanted to do. Enjoy :)

**Changelog**:
-Completely reworked the RPM LED's:
-2 Outer LEDs now light up in orange when a car is spotted on the respective side
-Rev lights now depend on car redline RPM
-Very right and left light lights in dark green if DRS is available, 2nd lights on each side blink in dark green when DRS is active

-Added L/Lap consumption info on first dashboard page

-minor adjustments (can't remember them all tbh xD)

**Known Bugs/Errors**:
-Tyre Info Icon nearly always on (even though tires are in the correct window)
-ERS Display not working as it should

Hi there, finally managed to get the update out.
Changelog:
-Added element borders in current flag colour
-Added Race-Start element ((de-)activates automatically)
-Minor fixes
