If you wanna get close as possible to 2022 performance like i wanted you should use F1 2021 Tyre performances (and cars) improved - Unified Version

I tried my best to get close as possible to the 2022 performance and this includes MyTeam. It works directly in MyTeam. Only tested for 100% race. Don't know how it shorter races impact this Mod.
For the moment the engine looks like this
Ferrari
Honda
Renault
Mercedes
In My Team you should see in Qualy how Ferrari is driving for 1 to 3 place, RedBull for 1 to 5 place, Alonso 6 to 12, McLaren 6 to 12 and then it is splitting up from 8 to 22 between Alfa Romeo, Mercedes, Haas, Williams and Aston Martin.
Most of the Time AM and Williams are at the bottom, Mick is close to points and mercdes can drive at some time 6 to 10 or 7 to 15
