woho, I've got my hand on 3 22" monitors with the same max res. (1680x1050)! I thought my GTX570 with 4 ports should be able to view 3 screens, but it seems only it can handle two So, the card can make 100-120 fps, with tweaks it should handle two at 60fps I'm thinking. But what is needed to get multiview activated? Im thinking a cheap extra separate (no SLI a must? Ive never got into that and its differences) graphics card should do?

All those mods seen in pic 2 need to go into the packages folder,
See in pic 1 it shows the packages directory is what its looking at for content.
But in Pic 2 the ISI car, the 3 tracks are all sitting loose in the RF2 folder. Pop them in the packages folder.
edit: and the RF Mod file too.

remove the renault3.5, silverstone, malaysia and interlagos files from packages folder, close the launcher, make sure the launcher is closed in task manager (910 had a bug that it sometimes wouldnt close), now add the files back into packages folder, start launcher and goto mod manager, they should be there?

You should have a Clio_PC as vehicle too. It comes with the rF2 installer. There should be a Clio_PC folder in your RF2 910/installed folder.

Click on: "Loc" and "veh" .
These are filters, to hide or show content.

I had the same problem.

In my case the .rfcmp files where corrupted.
The file names and extentions where correct, but the content not.

I copied the files from the 930 build package folder, then it worked.

I've made a new FFB file and settings if anyone would like to try

I think I'm at the stage now I've got it feeling as good as I possibly can so will stick with it, it already allowed me to improve my times over a second on Melbourne just by feeling a lot more.

There will be some who will laugh at these settings, might be some that will love them, like anything else though its personal prefference but if it helps someone then job done eh?

when ingame, in control settings load the file.

Use the settings attached for your logitech profiler, This should work for G25/7 wheels

Ingame I use 20.5 steering lock in setups and 100% brake sensitivity, 25% Throttle sensitivity on my pedals

hi guys maybe not the right thread to ask your opinions but anyhow here goes
im thinking of changing my graphics card as mine is very basic one I got with my pc
its a GeForce 330.
my pc is an Alienware R2,im very happy with the spec except the gc many thanks in advance for your knowledge

For rFactor2 you will probably want to stay with Nvidia, the general consensus is that Nvidia run's it alot better (even though I have R9 290 and it all run's sweet), the 700 or 900 series would be a good bet, rF2 get's good performance on 760/780 and the 960/970/980, you could go for something cheaper like the 670 or 680 if you could find one at a good price, on the AMD side you could look at the R9 270/280 or the R9 290, prices vary but you'd be looking at £130-£450 depending on card chosen from that lot.

for an extra 2 quid that would be better, its got a much better cooler and most likely wont sound like a hair dryer when it gets used a bit, those stock cooler really are the worst thing ever, well unless your deaf.

Ok guys so after several tests on rF2 with my DFGT, I really need some answers !

The main issue I have concerns the latency: there is about 0.2s between my movement and the virtual movement, doesn't matter the speed/the car/etc
I haven't got that with my 360 pad, it was far more quicker...
I REALLY wonder if it's a straight feeling or not.Avoiding a collision will be almost impossible with that delay...

It seems like there is a 5% dead zone, but it isn't the case !

do you have vsync on? that can cause input lag, have you also set the steering torque minimum correctly?
