(ready in 35 minutes)

This is an online version. You can go on the server you want.
But other players need the pack to see the skin you took.

Go to simple race then choose F1 01 to 05. Then go to showroom and select the car you want.
After, you can go online.

If you have already installed the pack, just delete the files in : C:\GSC\GameData\Vehicles\F_Reiza\F_Reiza01\skins
After this, put the file above.

worked correctly in both these forms organized into two zips posted, but it is necessary to leave an organization of folders and files equal to everyone, so you can see online correctly.

@ ophabyo: Yeah i thought about putting numbers on the cars but in the end just added RD instead. The numbers on the template are textures instead of text and none of the fonts i have looked right. I might do another skin pack at a later date with individual team skins and numbered cars.
