I'm not sure if you know but the track is ripped from some codemasters game, I'd recommend just making your texture update available through the shaders patch discord or as a skin as RD doesn't really allow for things like this to be uploaded.

I'm aware that several guys have ripped this track.

I have updated this with AMS too and no problems on RD:)

Here are some more textures to complete the track. This should be the last of them :)

Update details v1.3:

- New Fire truck texture
- New Macau Ambulance texture
- New Red Cross Mini Van texture
- Blue and yellow track side crane added
- Repaired bridge textures (just before BMW Macau)
- Added more Casino chips and larger dice to Paradise Kem Pek Casino
- Added Rose bushes to Paradise Kem Pek Casino Square

Hi Guys

Was not happy with the track side safety crane I did. Here's a better version.

Uploading it here for now as I don't want to update the whole track just for one texture, does look rather nice :)

Just copy the texture into the track skins\default folder.

Hi Guys

This is a small update with only just a few textures. This should be the last of them.

I'm aware that one of the Casino signs flashes or disappears when one gets close to it. This is something I don't know how to fix, any help would be appreciated.

Update details v1.32:

- New track side safety crane
- Upscaled and repaired concrete building and window textures going up the San Francisco Hill (right hand side of track)
- Reworked industrial smoke tower

Having recently finished with the Macau texture update I wanted to see if Monaco would be worth a update.

The one that I am working on is the monaco_2019 version, is this the best version out there for Assetto Corsa?

Obviously I don't want to waste my time updating this track if there's a better version.

This one has a lot of updates, but the track it self, especially the buildings need a lot of work. Most of the shop windows and displays don't have any textures or are too dark. This all can be fixed as the base is Codemasters.

Let me know if this is the best version, much appreciated!

Tried this one, it's the same version I have just the 2019 one has several track updates.

From what I can see the 2019 one is the updated version of the 2017.

Basically done with track, not entirely happy with the result. Very difficult track to update, track model is also bit dated which is hard to hide, even with all the updates.

It's a problem this track, on the one hand the 2017 version has the correct curb but the tracks overall appearance is far poorer than the 2019 version which still has the old curb.

Since the both are from the same base I tried my texture update with the 2017 version and the 2019 version still looks far better in my opinion.

Banner placement is very wrong with the 2017 version and because there's only a handful of those textures there's nothing you can do about banners repeating them selves around the track.

Palm trees, water reflection and missing objects are other issues with the track.

I'm only judging by overall appearance and feel of the track, having now done several laps with the 2017 version, the 2019 one still stands out.

I personally have to go with the 2019 one, immersion and feel is more important to me than the curb.

Hopefully someone could update the curb, not sure if I will upload at all just thinking about it.

I can already see all the negative reviews coming about the curb which would have nothing to do with my texture update. Just from past experience I think I would be safer not to upload.

Head over to GTP forums mate and release it there, I think you will benefit from the feedback and from my humble opinion the community isn´t that bad there. I would appreciate you would do it since I think I asked for a Monaco update in first place and absolutely fine with the 2019 version. ;)

I don't mind sharing it with you, track was finished two weeks ago, just decided not to upload here on RD.
Will upload it over the weekend and send you a link to download. I love Monaco and this one turned out pretty well, a lot of work again but definitely worth it.

track worked perfect and was great, but for some reason I have now objects like fences or surveillance stands in the middle of the track. What am I doing wrong. Thankyou!

Had the same problem, rolling back CSP to 1.71 solved it.

If you want to use CSP 1.72 and can't wait for new CSP version which may or may not help, the real fix is to unpack the kn5 files and recompile them with the Kunos ksEditor. This resets the object coordinates to their rightful places (problems like this sometimes appear after extensive use of 3dsimed to edit tracks - in this case maybe the latest CSP version has some tighter optimization or less error checking).

Running the track through the kunos editor has the additional benefit of being able to pack the new textures into kn5s too, so no need to have additional skin files.

EDIT: and this is not mere hearsay, I just compiled my "own" macau which runs fine with CSP 1.72, all objects correctly placed. Maybe ClimaxF1 could do the same for the "official" release?
