AFAIK there is a short line in the tire files which controls the impact of the rubbered line and marbles on the tires, so that might be your easy solution. Reduce that set the rubber line to static and of you go. I am not sure anymore tho, would have to check again.

However I do not really see that as a "problem" but I am not racing here anyways so...
