what a shame, i got disconected in the two races
R1: Had a bad start, started on hards, stopped for intermediates and went to the end of the race, on last lap i lost my connection.
i was able to return for the second race.
R2: Had a better start, i think i made some contact with Gareth ( sorry mate ) and i went wide to avoid further contact, i lost some time so i pushed harder and i was able to pass Gareth when he spun. After that i realized that i was wearing my tires way too much and i wouldn't be able to make my pitstop strategy to work, so i slowed down a bit. At lap 6 Manuel stopped at the pits and i was able to pass him, although it was just a matter of time until he caught me, at the last chicane he failed the braking ( or i braked too early?) and he hit me ( no problem mate ), i was able to stay in front but he caught me again easely and i made it easy for him to pass because i didn't want to risk any incident, some time after he pass me (in lap 8 or 9) i lost conection... again and it was the end of the race for me.

the grid for the first race was really good comparing to last event, i hope there are more of these events and i hope that there are more sign ups

Q: 1st - Soooo great 8 in a row now
R1: 1st - many guys disconnected and that was bad, we were only a few for race 2
R2: 1st - Made a very stupid mistake and hit Rui, sorry mate nice to race with you only Gareth and me left in the end

Not everyone makes it safely trough turn 1 as Rui goes off and Oli takes his possition

But Oli also goes off and Gareth passes him going trough the esses

But they both make big mistakes and Gareth spins as Oli goes towards the wall

Rui sees this and overtakes them both

Gets very close but Gareth won't let him past

Oli goes off into the grass, then he disconnects and so does Scott

Me winning the race, only Gareth and Rui left.

- Do not leave the track once Qualifying has started.
- The Qualifying Session will be 15 Minutes long. Come to the pits once the chequered flag is out.
- Between Practice and Qualifying, I will "reset" the track.
- Drivers are allowed to swap tyres during Qualifying, however this must be done in a pitstop.
- A pitstop is mandatory during the Race
- If the grid is not correct for the race, I will call a formation lap and all drivers must go to the correct position. A manual single file rolling start will commence when the leader accelerates out of the final corner.
- If you make a pitstop, you are allowed to change tyres and add fuel.
- Before the event, clear your cache in GT5 Settings (Settings, Miscellaneous and Network) and then restart your PS3. This is not mandatory but it will help you.
- I will be on Teamspeak before, during and after the event. It is easier for me to pass information on Teamspeak rather than the PS3.

Audi R10 TDI, Audi R8 Racecar, Jaguar XJR-9, Mazda 787B those sort of cars. If you are still a bit confused if you enter the like of wind events they are full of LMP's

But i will try to get some free time after dinner to race

don't worry too much Stu - my best with the wheel is 1:30:567, I must have had some assistance on the controller, maybe traction control. The form book says you should still beat me . Manuels lap looked like perfection to me - very smooth and impressive - he has talent that boy!

The form can be thrown out the window in all fairness, I can't string a lap together at the moment.. ive been doing a few laps today and the fastest is 1:40.6.. And Manuel has too much talent we need to find some competition for him

did you have ABS=0 or 1? I had a total disaster with ABS=0.
If you want some real fun try and get around with comfort soft tyres

Guys, I'm flattered. Thanks for the compliments so much the car understeers a lot, the key is to minimize steering input and also apply less throtle when you're understeerind
