CALENDAR UPDATE
The first three voted tracks of the Season 5 Calendar have been decided. So far we've got one returning track and two new ones!

Pacific* Grand Prix - Adelaide Street Circuit (7 votes)
Adelaide will make a second straight appearance on the FFG calendar, and will once again be given the Pacific GP title pending further voting. Last season we saw the track occupy the penultimate round slot, something likely to happen again, and the race definitely was one to remember. In rainy conditions, Joel Rautavaara bolted to an early lead from the Falcons of Diehl and Rinneaho. With Rinneaho needing to overtake his teammate and go after the win for his championship aspirations, the unthinkable happened at the hairpin and Rinneaho flipped. The swing in points meant that the Apex driver would take his first title the next round.

Azerbaijan Grand Prix - Baku City Circuit (7 votes) *subject to testing
Solid voting from numerous teams see Baku make it's first appearance in FFG after two years of F1 races. The street circuit layout is sure to create a tough track for overtaking on the backside, however the long front straight is sure to create chances for the drivers at Turn 1. Other long straights means that this is likely going to be a good overtaking circuit should the drivers keep it out of the wall.

Japanese Grand Prix - Fuji International Speedway (5 votes)
After 4 seasons at Suzuka, and mounting pressure to have it moved away, the voting has finally come through and Fuji has made it to the calendar. Despite not seeing top class F1 for nearly a decade, the track is well renowned around the world nonetheless. The long front straight is sure to create passing opportunities, the back section may be difficult unless there is a large difference in performance. Fuji has in the past been the location of GPTCC races, the only previous time the RD GP4 Sim Careers have visited the track.

The next round of voting is now live, it'll close at 6pm Saturday AEDT. Also make sure that team managers have 100% locked in engine and tyres as we'll be running the pre season test at that stage too, ahead of a December 14th (ish) start.
Once again with voting, 6 votes per team (suggested that you split your votes). Only managers to send the choices to me. 3 tracks to be voted in, Japanese tracks are still available for voting. Please, please make sure that you're voting on a track that exists for GP4. DAT only or Track only tracks can't be used, Beta tracks and fictional tracks aren't to be used either. If you send me a choice that isn't in the database found here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BpvZhRt-FPHP2U4LyY714WN_s1TyoaCqzLZOJl2-o6Y/htmlview?pli=1# you must show me where you've found the track. When checking the database, select the track tab for a full list of all tracks including non-F1 tracks.

The scenery in Baku is amazing, and turn7 onwards is actually a fantastic section of race track. The 90 degree bends at the start are dull, but all the way around to turn 1 is brilliant.

Plus, yeah. We want to see how derp AI deal with the narrow bit, and the braking into turn 1 xD

Bet my ass that you'll be the first in line after me to complain when something like this actually happens and screws half the field.

Is the previous votes counts too ?

Hungaroring can have a decent amount of overtaking on the main straight and before T14 if set up correctly.
Barcelona for example is a similar case, most times a bore fest in real life, in GP4 it can produce exciting races.

We've had races at the Hungaroring though in FFG and they were all pretty dull. The only interesting one was season 1 with Hunsley being taken out from the lead, and the marshmallow walls. Otherwise nothing happened in them.

EDIT: Fuji? Yeaaaaah. Finally!
