looks lie you have conflicting libraries in your documents, try to rename temporarily the arduino folder that you will find into your documents folder.

Make sure they are in game mode (it should be as default) then you can hover the dash to get the controls or add an input mapping to graphicaldashplugin/nextscreen

I do not have viruses, my cunfunctions pc and gigabyte gaming, amd 1600x, gtx 1070 windows 10

I would guess for local user settings corruption

Use a transparent color on all the stock dial parts
