Hey guys,

I'm getting close to those 1.26 on dry but Q2 and the race are under light rain conditions. Therefore, I can't use the DRS on Q2 and I'm losing over 2 seconds on the second part of the track and 1 sec on the third part of the track.

Anyone faced rainy conditions in Istanbul? Any setups for thoses conditions? Any advice on the second part of that track?

Thanks for everything

Sorry but i don't have the template for setups.

On used primes and green track i was able to do 1.25.845 on fast mix. I think that the setup has a lot more potential so give it a try.

Notes
Did a 1:31.094 on the Option tyre. On the top AI difficulty level, I missed getting into Q2 by 0.528 and was only 2.996 off of the fastest time set in Q1. Gearbox Automatic, TC Medium, ABS On, Brake Assist OFF. Only trouble is top speed is 170+ (I think) with DRS open. Let me know if you find it any good.

Cheers:cool:

PS. Just did same set-up in a McLaren and done a 1:27.629 on standard engine map without KERS or DRS.

This set up got me a very solid third with force india!!!!!!! Thanks so much I saw you tweaked the suspension a tad and that helped imensly I coudlnt touch Vettles 1:23 laps but I was easly in the 1:25 region almost all laps that and some dodgy pitting and I was set for third, amazing thanks so much!!

1.23.3 with this no aids.felt very smooth and stable, good race setup.

my AI was in the low 1.25's to high 1.24's on legend. I can turn a lap in the late 125's and nowhere near pole...

Sounds more like professional AI. but you never know. BTW can anyone come up with a mod that removes the CRASHES info. A loss is NOT a crash in my book......

I squeezed out a 1:33.1xx in a Time Trial in an HRT after only a few laps with this set. I simply lowered the ride height and gears a bit since there's no KERS.

Still some time there. Not a record by any streech, but for an HRT I was pretty impressed of the bat.

Thanks, but are you sure that's not a set-up for 2010?! The anti-roll bar and ride height settings suggest it is, and the fact that its totally un-driveable for me in a Williams with no assists - you literally can't get round the corners without sliding.
i know that is how i like to go round the corners you just need to know how hard you can push as well as how cleanly you can go round
