[PLUGIN] Rally Settings (UPDATED) 1.0.2

Updated for actual game version.

Original description:
Routes: two versions of the shortened original rally route and one on the highway for Saturday and Sunday. See the maps in the images tab. Route 0/3 intended for developers.

Opponent times: adjusting opponents times in seconds. For example 5 minutes is 300 seconds.

Timer: show timer in the upper right corner. Can be moved anywhere on the screen.

Advanced: "Disable require for registration" - with this you can literally create a new game, skip the time until Saturday and participate in the rally on your feet/moped/any car/Satsuma in any configuration. And even without a helmet.
"Disable highway and dirt road traffic during rally time" - also disable train.
"Visualize checkpoints" - pink walls, that can help you if you don't understand where start line/checkpoints/finish.

This mod assumes that you will save game on Sunday before participation in rally (If you do not do this the timer will not work and the registration tents may be in the wrong place). After the finish you need to wait some time to calculate the result (the problem of the original game). Also the original game does not imply that after the finish on Sunday you will skip time until Saturday without saving and start participating in the rally.

There are no hotkeys in the mod, all settings are made in the mod's settings from the main menu or the game, you do not need to reload the save to apply. If you want to return everything to default values just click "RESET TO DEFAULTS" and reload game.
