Rally Gravel tires (physics mod) v1.0 By Moguzi (2024)
-Mod for Assetto Corsa, Ford Escort RS 1600 MK1
-Simulate realistic a tire physics on gravel
-The physics calculations are only valid for vintage tires
-On later, the same type mod will also be available for other cars. It’s always take a some time to recalculate values and testing. Wishes are welcome.
Install:
1. Drag and drop zip-file to CM and accept installation as a mod.
(or copy & paste the car folder into the Assetto Corsa root folder ..\content\cars) The data of the original car remains untouched.
2. From the "Drive" tab, select to Ford Escort RS 1600 and then choose on the RG-version, it has the rally tires.
3. Ready to be drive on a any track.
-Tips, if make a mod of the track put in a track/.../data/surface.ini values of a dirt=0.3 or more and a friction =89 or less.
Selectable tire compounds:
1. Rally_Vintage_Gravel_Super_Soft is realistic and made for dirt tracks with very slipery surwface. Optimal Surface.ini values of a dirt=69 or less.
2. Rally_Vintage_Gravel_Soft is realistic and made for less grippy dirt tracks. Optimal Surface.ini values of a dirt=70-79
3. Rally_Vintage_Gravel_Medium is realistic and made for more grippy dirt tracks. Optimal Surface.ini values of a dirt=80-89
4. Rally_Vintage_Gravel_Hard is more realistic and made for very grippy dirt tracks. Optimal Surface.ini values of a dirt=90-100
5. Rally_Vintage_Gravel_2_Tarmac turns a asphalt to feel like a dirt track.
6. Rally Vintage GT70 is orginal vintage tyre for a asphalt track.
