It's a great idea. However, this Escort is a low-traction car and I found it extremely difficult to control. A rally tire mod would be good for the Audi Quatro S1 E2 and the Toyota Celica ST185 Turbo.

Hey,
Thanks for the mod. Just a quick side comment though. I might be wrong but you may have the value for upshift in the ai file set to an higher value than the limiter value at the engine.ini file. Usually that bugs the gear autoshift mod as the car turned to be blocked in first gear.

There is an easy fix when the data folder is opened and unpacked (editing manually both files) but it's more complicate to fix when it's packed which is totally fine for protection purposes of course. Maybe it's something you should consider adjusting on a next release though many players certainly play manual.
