yellow exclamation mark in content manager next to all of my mods

a yellow exclamation mark appears next to all of my cars (not including base game cars) on content manager and when i click folder in the bottom left when a car is selected it takes me to my (D drive which i don’t think is right because my game is on (E
all mods were installed without CM as i only got it today
Can anyone help me?

It's a generic error, you can find out what it is by going to "content">"cars" and looking for that car.
