F1 2012 Xbox racenet event download failed

I'm getting this message when i try to download events from racenet.

EVENT DOWNLOAD FAILED
The F1 2012 service is not avalible. Please try again.

playing on the xbox, and also my racenet stats are not updating.

I'm having the same issues, Steam version - I moved to America for 2 days...according to my IP. It didn't ask me for my RaceNet login either, so I'm not sure it's because RaceNet is having issues or simply because it can't authenticate my game.

I already linked the xbox with the racenet. got the helmets... only thing is its not downloading and updating my racenet profile. :S seems odd...

Oh, right. The website knows about my Steam account, so it's surely connected through that - especially since I got that helmet, silly me. I'm getting the exact same error message tho, so it's possibly not an issue on your side.

lol are we the only ones? i can not find anything else anywhere about this... maybe it is too early.
