:wave:I have a humble request for tonight:

Is there anyone from group 1 who would consider swapping places with me so I can race with my team mates in Black Visors? I would appreciate that very much indeed!

Lots of fun!

Qualified 6th and finished 3rd. Got a good start and moved up a position or two by the end of the first lap. I bumped one of the white beemers from behind (I think it was Gary, there were so many) and then slowed down to let him back around. Kept consistent lap times until I got behind another white beemer, that braked hard and early before the last turnm upon which I sent him off. I was going to let him back around, but couldn't tell who it was.

Then a few laps later Yves got really loose coming out of the last turn. I tried to go around but ended up slamming right into the side of his car (No biggie Yves, it happens :)). Got a broken suspension notice and kept together until the pit.

Got out and managed to catch up to Marcel, who has just a tick faster than me, and I couldn't make a pass.

All in all a very fun race. Can't wait for next Sunday!:woot:

Sorry guy's, but whats up with the times.
It was alwasy for me GMT+2 and now it should be GMT+1 right..?
Which means if its 19h30 gmt, then it is 20h30 for me in SA, but I believe we are starting at 21h30 SA time. bit confused now? :(

Well Warren you have confirmed my fears that I was indeed about 9seconds slower that you guys up front, I am still doing 2:38's with your setup. In these cars being so even, I can where being 4 or even 5 seconds slower than the fast guys but 8 or 9 is hard to stomach. I now need to spend a few hours and D/L some time trials and work out where I am going wrong any advise is most welcome, this is really annoying me.

Not too concerned about my performance Sunday night as warping and general unavoidable incidents killed my night, but when I do put fast laps together that I think are on the money to find I am 9seconds off the pace.....Nooooooooo!!!!!!

As Warren stated, Macau is not the best track to gauge your driving performance in WTCC cars.....

If as I found Warrens setups don't suit your driving or give you any gains, have a look at Ramon van Rijn setups. I like Warrens, but am much faster with slightly modified Ramon setups for most tracks...

Try making a base setup for one car (I'd have to recommend a FWD to start with) on 4 different track styles. Eg. Brands Hatch, Anders, Pau, and Brno this will give you the 4 main variations of track surface/style/etc. Once you have these base setups, just modify the one you think is closest to the new track...

Hope that helps...
