well my race report, black flagged race 1 and race 2 was great almost a podium finish but i came off just a hari in the final turn halfway through the race and my car went out of control so i had to come off. wasn't bad for beginning

Okay, I'm game ... it will be my first in this class and I am sure I will be outclassed.... but so far have managed a mid 2:23 in TA. But have no clue on how to set these wee beasties up.

First time racing the Cats tonight.

Qualified on pole by a decent margin.

R1: Got an excellent start and pulled a little gap to Peter - but then a small mistake saw Peter back on my tail - for the next 16 laps! We both took very different lines. Finally on lap 17/18 I twitched under acceleration out of the final corner - one way then the next into peter and into the barrier - thankfully Peter got away relatively unscathed. Dariusz nipped past and then pressured Peter all the way to the flag, I cam home 3rd.

R2: from 6th - again a great start, 4th going into T1, got a bump wide but held 4th on the exit - managed to avoid the shenanigans ahead between Austin and Bob and through to second behind Gary - with a big gap back to the rest. Reeled Gary in and pounced around lap 5 into the penultimate corner - I promptly slid off at T1 but Gary waited (he wanted to race) and so I still had the lead - unfortunately I was much faster than gary and pulled away to an easy win.

I didn't like the Cats before the event and I'm afraid (sorry Davo) that I still don't like them - at all

Great both races for me

I drive first time Aston Martin (drive about 30 laps before race) but have great setup.

On qualy have best time and start 1st on Race 1. but have 27 L fuel more than I should (need practice ) and losing first place right at the start of Nicholas Hamilton.The race for me ended with 2nd place and 10 seconds behind the first.

Race 2.
Starting with the seventh place, at the first corner crash and impact Böhmer (sorry), waiting to return to a position where he was before and falling on the 10 position.In same circle moved at 9 place. Sykes spin on first turn and I moves to 7 position. I try catch the duo in front of (Beemsterboer and Besems) are a couple of seconds ahead of me. Beemsterboer going to sand and I'm at 5 position.Magrath and Jordan make a mistake and I'm on 2nd position .Fight for a 1st place is mission impossible because Allinson (Congratulations) approximately 32 sec ahead.

All in all, great race for me.

These used to be my number one favourite cars in Evo always providing my best races in the whole game,and like most cars in Evo nowadays its been a long time since i got in them,and i must say now i just feel no "connection" with the cars any more at all :/,the blame lies squarely at the door of rF Caterhams really,ive got those under my skin ;P.

This should be a good warmup for the STC league race coming up. Hopefully we get to see a full grid by the end of it. Good luck practicing, I will be driving the Marcos in the skin posted above. For ppl using the Mosler there's a set I've put up in the online section of the game.
