Would using two screens at once impact performance too much?

I know I can run some tests on my rig, but just wanted to ask if you guys have any experience with running two screens simultaneously (one for the sim, the other one for discord, telemetry, etc)..

In my case I would be using two 1080p screens with an RTX 2070 (i5 9600k, 16gb). The only issue I can think of is that the main screen is 144Hz and the secondary is 60Hz.

I mostly use ACC, AC, RF2, RRE, DR2, AMS2...

Will it make a difference if I run one from the main graphics card and the other one from the built in graphics?

Thanks for your input!
