I start to work on this almost unkown track, Punta Fria, it is the unique track that host a Uruguayan F1 race, at early 50's. Track was used until late 60's. The general idea is recreate this track as a "Rio de la Plata" track, together with El Pinar and Buenos Aires.
Track lenght is 2.29 Km.
You are going to get surprised for this one :)

they try to draw something with trees for sure :)

it is a subliminal message in an ancestral language, it says "buy all the circuits that Sergio publishes"

No, that can't be it, I already have them all. If my understanding of Latin American tree plantation hieroglyphics is correct, I think it says "Reims es próximo", but I don't know what that means in English...

nice overhead shot; how much reference material exists for a circuit like this or Villa Bordeu?

Uruguay release a "1966 Mosaico Nacional" wich is basically aerial pictures of all country, there is pletty good quality, this area did not change much really, same for the Autodromo El Pinar, where you can see the old layout. for Argentina there is some shoots from Buenos Aires, not sure if thet covered the entire country, maybe they did. for Villa Bordeu i find out a old picture that shows there was not wall at pit lane, so, a update need to be done. the area where Villa Bordeu still remains as a green field, it is a flat area so i have the feeling track was mostly flat.

The subliminal message is working. I never know what to expect, but you are one busy guy. It's great to learn about the resources you use, but what's most important is that your creativity makes the tracks feel alive. I can already see myself missing the braking point for the hairpin...

i can help on that.. a group of girls at braking point....

Last night I almost ran over what I think was a family having a picnic at your Ahvenisto. They looked horrified but they shouldn't be anywhere within half a kilometre of my usual racing line. I came to a stop just in front of one of the old gentlemen with a bicycle. When you start noticing that kind of things, the race isn't going well.

Excellent, Vila Bordeau is lovely to drive but looking a bit dated, I guess this will be similar but with everything you've learned since. By the way, it's looking very wide on those screenshots compared to the pics, or is that just a camera perspective thing?
