Hi

just need some help
i have edit the windows to change number and name when i save the dds the windows are not transparent they are soild white like the image

can someone help me remove the white
im saving the dds with DXTBmp
many tanks

Hi,
You need to make sure that when you save it again,
save it as DXT5 and make sure the alpha channel is still retained in the settings.

if you look here at the right hand side you will see "alpha_1"

save it like this, but make sure the alpha channel is still there.

Hi tanks for the help still i cant menage to do it maybe i'm doing something wrong in the edit and layers
can i send yu my psd file for you to see where im wrong

I just use the Photoshop to edit the dds Dint use anything else dont know how to use the ks editor

You probably need to save it as DXT3, DXT5, or any other format with a full alpha channel.

I set the opacity on the background layer to o before saving it as .dds

click on the 3dots over your windscreen material on showroom, then set alpha blend if it works
