Why is AI so slow at SPA!!!!

It makes single player very boring when AI is this slow, and this is set to 100% AI difficulty skill level too, is there something i'm missing?

The AI lines suck on Spa, and for some reason Kunos never bothered to make a decent AI line for it. Same with some other Kunos tracks as well, like Silverstone and Black Cat County. This should help: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/competitive-spa-ai.15751/
