Why do many women lack a sense of humour? (Sorry if I'm coming off as sexist)

From my personal experience, very few women have made me laugh. If there are women that are funny, they are usually not very attractive.

That's just me, but, what do you guys think?

Besides, the comediennes on TV are pretty terrible. Does the testosterone in us males help us have a better grasp of humour over females?

One man has to differentiate from another by being rich/funny etc etc. It's part of the competition between men.
