Where to put GMT files for updates to vehicle mods?

Triebie has an update for his NSXGT3 mod that contains only GMT files and no AMS folder structure. Am I correct in guessing that I should put these files in the same location as the car’s MAS files?
\GameData\Vehicles\EEC_GT3\Acura_NSX_GT3

I apologize for posting this here and not over at EEC. I prefer not to post over there for personal reasons.

you can put the files in Acura_NSX_GT3 folder.
