Weird triple screen alignment issue

Hi guys, fired up AC for the first time in a while (unchanged settings) and now have this strange alignment issues with my triples. Image attached - has anyone experienced this issue before? Using the in game triple screen app, unchanged settings, not sure why the middle screen is extending into the outside screens. Resolution is 5760x1080 as before.

Are you running Nvidia and beziel correction surround? Maybe check desktop settings first, something updated (drivers? CSP ?) and reverted back to default resolution instead of beziel-corrected one?
happened to me once or twice and helped after re-setting it all again.

Mine does that too. Sometimes. Sometimes not haha. I'm guessing it's some bug. Not sure what what tho. Haven't looked for a fix
