Weird Stutter/Frame Time Spikes with Kunos/KTM XBOW GT4 2020?

For some reason, the Kunos KTM XBOW GT4 is causing stutters and frame delivery problems. Was racing at Thermalito 2023 tonight and I pulled up Afterburner, and there was microstutter everywhere when other XBOW cars were on screen.

I seem to be having an issue with just this car in particular. Ran URD's 992 Cup car and Pessio/Bazza's De Tomaso Pantera at the exact same track and config and there wasn't any noticeable stutter whatsoever.

Is there something specifically wrong with this car? Does anyone know? Tried a clean install and no luck - of course, I got it from the official website and used the "installer" (which installed it in the wrong location...).
