Weekly race for American's

Hey, I've been wanting to get into the weekly races and compete each week. However, I live in the USA and the time zone difference make it impossible for me to join races as they are during my classes in college. Who do I talk to about setting up some weekly race in AC during a time more convenient for all of us American racers?
