Water cool on budget.

I got myself 2x 290 cards for 600 pounds.
And a extra power supply to power them both,
A few mods latter i made a cpu water coolers cool my graphics cards.

Its in the top 1% of computers world wide and built on a budget.
So there is nothing stopping anyone from doing the same thing.

I am quite sure you will reach the same score without the "water cooling". On 3dmark that is, especially looking at your clocks.

2x HD7970's

On a couple of 1 generation older graphics card, at stock speeds, and stock air cooling. The CPU just set to turbo from 3500 to 4000 i.e my standard setup, with all my normal background tasks running (Steam, Browser, Thunderbird email, Onedrive etc.)

I achieve quite reasonable results, supposedly in the top 4% of computers. Using the beta drivers (release candidate)

EDIT:

Added a rough 10% overclock to the video cards, and upped the CPU turbo to 4500, which pushed it into the top 3%. That took no effort at all
