Wales Menu Flag

Hey all,

Not sure if this thread should be here or in the Mods bit, feel free to move, delete, etc this post.

I am trying to get the tga file of the Welsh flag for the Race07 menu (i.e. when selecting a vehicle it has the nationality of the driver). Can anyone tell me where to find it, or give it to me please? I thought it'd be a default one but I can't find it anywhere.
