Cars VRC Formula Alpha 2022 Front wing invisible in-game

So i lately bought the VRC Formula Alpha 2022 and i'm experiencing this really strange problem. the frontwings
are invisible in-game but when i check it in the showroom everything seems to be fine.

When i view the cars from far away the frontwings are visible,
but when they are at close proximity like in the picture they
just magically disappear. i have no Custom Shaders Patch
installed due to having a lot of trouble with it in the past.
And so i already have the optional physics installed in the car's folder.

My list of ideas is empty i have tried everything; Verifying game integrity, reinstalling the game. So i hope you guys might have some ideas to try to make this work properly again.

This sounds like an issue with the LODs, but the showroom uses LOD A which is also what is loaded in game when you view the car up close, so that should look the same.

Does this happen with all three aero kits? If you use Content Manager, are there any errors?
