Vr settings to none vr settings

Tommorow arives my brand new 49 inc curved monitor from samsung.
I am simracing also with a occulus rift. 2 different settings for my 1070 gtx. In VR I must make choices in the graphics menu to down the slider. But with my monitor I can increase more for better graphics... more ai cars... shadows and more.

Is there a way to make presets or something?? That you do not have to turn everything back? If you go from monitor simracing session back to VR simracing session.

Make 2 profiles in game maybe? Then switch depending if your in VR or on screen.

I was thinking in each game, I have no idea if it is possible in Steam… Not a perfect solution by all means, so I hope someone will have a better idea!
