I have retested the uploaded files and they work correctly on my end. When the skin is black, it means the file for the skin layer isn't recognized. The skin is for the RSS Formula Hybrid 2023, if you use the wrong car, this can happen.
Other than that, I'm not sure on how else it could be malfunctioning. I'm sorry!
