F1 2014 modding questions thread has many questions yet unanswered....mine has been like a month now! I think I lost hope in getting any help on this game now....maybe others too......

I had F1 1999 and added a custom logo beside it.

Well, it's impossible to see what you did wrong or what could be wrong with the file. So drop me the file (the dds, not the whole pssg) and I'll check it for you.

E: But yes, usually if the ratio of the picture is different than vanilla's (the file can have a bigger resolution but the aspect ratio must usually be the same) it can cause trouble.

It's in the nonperstent file (start menu logo e3) but since I can't upload that file here OR a dds file here, I will upload in PNG format.
It's 500 x 105.

Yep, it is as I thought: You need to maintain the aspect ratio of the picture.
So 512x256 for example

changed logo see attachment, save as dds without mipmaps and you're fine to go.
