That was a very good race! Very strong and interesting till finish. Due to some contact battle in T1 I found myself 2nd and had a wish to fight for 1st place with Michael... but I made a mistake on lap 1 or 2 and crashed the car. There was a puncture on RF wheel and on top of all i missed the pits and had one really slow lap on my way back to pits. A Schumacher's race for me )) After pit I was lapped by leader and Dennis. Thank you letting me get back to leaders lap without dq from blue flag )) So I was attacking and attacking, chasing Michael being lap behind was the most exciting part! But this evening I was not only one person making mistakes and fortunatelly I could fight for win )) That was a surprise! I didn't manage to switch to dry tyres on pit, so i did my best concentrating on stable and fast driving.

Just a quick after race report. Race 1 was awesome, Kevin Hopkins hounded me lap after lap (after he got shunted backwards on the 1st lap). He finally got around when I pitted on Lap 8, but he came out of his pit stop later right back behind me. He raced me hard and finally made a move on lap 13 (I think) and dove underneath to make a pass. We both took the next turn side by side and I out dragged him to the next turn and took back the lead. However, it wasn't mine to keep and Kevin finally made his pass stick. with just over a lap left to go. Since I was suffering from some minor rear suspension damage sustained on lap 1, I just didn't have enough control to make a fight for the finish. Great racing Kevin!

Just watched the replay ,the last few laps were great.I could tell you were driving a wounded car and made a run in a couple of places ,but just not enough for a pass.My first attempt at a pass wasn't tidy(fronts locked and smoking)but that was some of the best racing i have had to date ,cheers Michael great racing from you as well i really enjoyed it .

I've just gone to download this track and it's coming up as an exe, I've never downloaded a track that an exe they have always been rar's, has this been the same for everyone else, I don't want a virus on my machine.

You're more likely to get a virus in a RAR file, but anyway yes it is the same for everyone, there is only one link on the web.

Thanks Ryan, touch wood I haven't had a virus in many years, I may sometimes go a bit over the top when it comes to downloading files to my machine but you can never be to carefull.

I've just done 12 laps on the server with a PB of 1:44.1
So I assume the quick guys will be around 1:41's ?
The track seems to suit these Muscle cars.

The title said that the game is RACE on, but can I join also with GTR Evo???
These classes (WTCC 2006/07/08) are available also in GTR Evo...

If you have purchased the RACE On expansion pack yes you can join through GTR Evo, RACE 07 or RACE On (all games are synced together).

But you must have the RACE On content in some shape or another.
