I'm not sure if it's my pp filter or something else but with this livery when I look in CM Showroom is shows glossy but when race with it, it's super reflective, as if it's chrome. I'm not sure it's my pp filter because other liveries don't have this problem. Only this one.

Can you post an in game screenshot of what it looks like for you?
